GymCare is an all-in-one gym management software for gyms, fitness studios, and multi-branch chains. It includes an Owner Dashboard, a Trainer App, and a Member App, and helps you manage memberships, billing, attendance, trainer schedules, workout plans, and diet plans from one platform.

GymCare is built for independent gyms, boutique fitness studios, personal trainers, multi-trainer setups, and multi-branch gym chains. Plans start at 100 active members and scale to custom enterprise setups.

PricingHow is GymCare priced?

GymCare uses simple member-based pricing. Starter is Rs 2,500/month for up to 100 active members, Growth is Rs 4,000/month for up to 200 members, and Pro is Rs 7,000/month for up to 400 members. Yearly billing offers 20% off. Enterprise pricing is custom.

PricingWhat happens if I exceed my plan's member limit?

If your active member count grows past your plan's limit, you can upgrade to the next plan or add an extra member capacity add-on. The minimum member add-on is 50 members.

PricingCan I add more members beyond my plan's limit?

Yes. You can purchase additional member capacity as an add-on to any plan. Your existing data, trainers, and members stay in the same account.

AppsDoes GymCare include a Trainer App and a Member App?

Yes. Every plan includes the Owner Dashboard, Trainer App, and Member App. There are no per-trainer charges and no separate Member App fee.

SetupCan I migrate my existing data to GymCare?

Yes. The onboarding team can help migrate data from your current software, spreadsheets, or paper records, including members, attendance history, payments, workout plans, and diet plans.

SetupDo I need training to use GymCare?

No heavy training is required. GymCare is designed for non-technical users. Onboarding support and tutorials are included with every plan.

SetupIs GymCare cloud-based?

Yes. GymCare runs in the cloud. The Owner Dashboard works in modern browsers, and the Trainer and Member apps are available on Android and iOS.

FeaturesDoes GymCare support GST invoices and online payments?

Yes. GymCare generates GST-compliant invoices and supports payment records for UPI, cards, net banking, and payment links.

FeaturesCan I send WhatsApp or SMS reminders to members?

Yes. You can send renewal reminders, attendance alerts, birthday wishes, and updates through SMS and WhatsApp. WhatsApp messaging is available as a pay-per-use add-on.

FeaturesDoes GymCare integrate with biometric attendance devices?

Yes. GymCare supports popular biometric devices, manual check-in, QR code attendance, and self check-in through the Member App.

EnterpriseCan I get a white-labeled gym app under my own brand?

Yes. The Enterprise plan supports your logo, brand colors, domain, and app publishing under your business name.

EnterpriseDoes GymCare support multiple branches?

Yes. GymCare supports multi-branch operations with branch-wise reporting, member transfers, role-based access, and consolidated owner dashboards.

Data & SecurityIs my gym's data secure, and can I export it?

Yes. GymCare uses encryption, role-based access controls, and regular backups. You can export members, attendance, payments, and reports.

SupportIs there a free demo or trial?

Yes. You can book a free live demo with the team to see GymCare in action and ask questions specific to your gym.

SupportWhat if I want to cancel my subscription?

There is no long-term lock-in for monthly plans. You can cancel from the Owner Dashboard or by contacting support.

InternationalIs GymCare available outside India?

Yes. GymCare is available for gyms and fitness studios worldwide. The Owner Dashboard, Trainer App, and Member App work in any country with internet access.

InternationalWhich currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Indian customers can pay in INR. International customers can pay in USD, EUR, or GBP through supported cards and bank transfer. Other currencies are available on request for Enterprise plans.

InternationalDo international customers get GST invoices?

No. GST is only applied to invoices for Indian customers. International customers receive standard tax-compliant invoices. VAT or local-tax invoices may be available on request for Enterprise customers.

InternationalDoes GymCare work in different time zones?

Yes. GymCare supports local time zones for attendance, classes, schedules, and reports. Multi-branch chains can manage branches in different time zones from one account.

InternationalDo you offer support outside Indian business hours?

Yes. International customers receive email support covering local business hours. Pro and Enterprise customers can receive extended support and dedicated account management.

InternationalWhere is my gym's data stored?

By default, data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with regional data centers. Enterprise customers can choose specific regions, including EU, Singapore, or on-premise deployment.
